Having joined a league, it's time to choose a park and players for your team. Unless you are playing in an unlimited Custom League, you'll have to fit your roster (25 active and 3 inactive players) within your salary cap.

The salary cap in Standard Leagues is $100 million. In Custom Leagues it can be any amount from $50 million up.

Players have set salaries, which are adjusted periodically based on their usage. The minimum is $500,000, and there are many replacement level type minimum salary players. Babe Ruth presently is the highest salaried player at over $29 million.

Will you build your team around an ace rotation in a pitchers' park, or around sluggers in a band box? A highly paid superstar complemented by role players, or a more balanced roster? It's your choice!
